The Water District drive thru will be closed until further notice. We are still not open to the public inside but you can come into the lobby to fill out a customer application and or to fill out a Hydrant application we ask that once you have it filled out please place them in the night drop which is located past the drive thru window on the left hand side. The office is experiencing high call volume at this time, sorry for the incovenience.
In an effort to keep our employees and our customers safe amidst the Coronavirus uncertainty, our lobby is CLOSED to the public until further notice.

Everyday PWSD#2 is concerned with the wellness of our employees and our customers. In the next few days, we will be taking steps to minimize the number of non-operational people working at our office. This will be concentrated on our Office Customer Service and Engineering personnel. There will be limited numbers that will remain at the office each day and the others will be able to provide services at a remote location. Customers should still call in at 636-561-3737 for all concerns. The operation team delivering water and treating wastewater as well as maintaining the system will continue to provide the same service you have been accustomed to.
As a precaution to protecting others from possible exposure to the COVID-19 virus we will immediately begin to stop receiving payments and other process information at our walk-up and drive thru windows located at our office at 100 Water Drive. We recognize that this is an added inconvenience to getting a quick response from Customer Service but you can still drop off payments and other processing paperwork in our drop-box, which is located outside the office building.
The Water District is expecting to get through this process as seamlessly as possible. Please be patient with us as we work through this process.
