Requirements for Connections to the Water and Sewer Systems
For developers, builders, plumbers and homeowners who wish to make a connection to a Water District-owned water or sewer main. Note that for commercial customers who wish to have water for irrigation excluded from their monthly District sewer bills, separate domestic and irrigation water connections are required.
