At the request of Water District customers, bill payments can be made on-line by clicking on the button below. All customers are welcome to look at their account information on-line even if they choose not to pay on-line. Available account information includes payment history and water usage history. If you choose to pay online, a credit card processing fee is added to the bill so that the Water District’s additional costs are charged only to those customers who pay on-line. Because of the volume of customers paying electronically, on April 1, 2009, the fee was reduced from $3.00 per transaction to $2.00 per transaction. Sign up for budget billing by clicking the button below!

Budget billing allows you to pay the same amount each month based upon your historical water usage. In November each year, your new average water usage will be calculated to determine your bill for the following 12 months. Note that if water rates increases during the year, your monthly bill will be changed to reflect the rate increase.
